Michael A. Baxter
I’m Michael Baxter, a real estate advisor with The Agency Halifax, focused on residential, development and multi-family real estate. I advise clients with strategy grounded in data and real market dynamics.
Before moving to Nova Scotia, I was Vice President of Sales at Rennie, Canada’s largest project marketing and sales firm, working across residential development, sales and operations. Earlier, I spent more than fifteen years leading national and regional sales teams in consumer goods.
That experience shaped how I approach real estate today: understand the buyer, understand the market, and use both to make better decisions. Whatever you’re buying, selling or building, that’s how I work. I watch where demand is heading, including the shift to wellness-oriented homes, so the advice reflects the market that’s coming.
